  La uso para reparto y va genial, cerca de 10000 km en menos de dos años y la batería esta como el primer día, la conducción es cómoda, el gran problema lo tengo con el acelerador que ya se le han ido 2 veces en este tiempo, lo que me parece demasiado y los repuestos no están disponibles con facilidad, siempre agotados, lo que me hace perder tiempo y dinero. RESPUESTA: Hola! Nos alegramos saber que estás contento con tu SUNRA Ronic. Lamentamos mucho que hayas tenido problemas con tu puño y que actualmente no tenemos repuestos pero me indican desde el servicio de atención al cliente que se puede adaptar el puño de SUNRA RS.   Hola, en alguna de las fotos que habeis publicado para el ciclomotor eléctrico Sunra Ronic, se observa claramente que el faro delantero es: led, ¿significa eso que ésta nueva remesa ya trae todo el sistema de alumbrado: full-led?. Por cierto: ¿para cuándo vais a vender éste modelo en colores: blanco, amarillo, naranja y con bahules a juego del mismo color, además de con ruedas de 12"?. Ya que esos colores aportan mayor visibilidad al resto de conductores y unas ruedas de 12" o más soportan mejor los baches e irregularidades del terreno que las típicas pequeñitas de 10". Aunque lo que no ha quedado claro aún es si la potencia del motor son: 3.000W de potencia nominal (=potencia máxima neta: estando permitida por la DGT hasta los 4.000W para ciclomotores eléctricos) o son sólo 3.000W de potencia pico (potencia máxima bruta).   • Advantage: aun teniendo un diseño antíguo resulta muy cómoda para llevar a 2 personas. A ver para cuándo incorporais también una guantera delantera (por detrás del escudo frontal) y aumentais la capacidad del pequeño bahul de 29 litros (sería bueno que pudierais incluirlo con capacidad para 2 cascos) e incluyais también algún reproductor de música MP3/radio FM/radio DAB+ con altavoces y bluetooth (pues también serviría para escuchar la voz de indicación de ruta para un GPS que llevases en tu smartphone; ya que así se distinguiría sobre el resto de scooters de misma línea vintage que no incorporan un sistema de reproducción de música/radio con el consiguiente aumento del número de vuestras ventas, así que tomad buena nota de ello).
  • Disadvantages: batería de muy poca atonomía, a ver cuándo os poneis las pilas y empezais a traer baterías de mayor capacidad como las baterías del mismo modelo vintage que incluye el ciclomotor eléctrico Fotona Milano: 72V 60,8Ah (4.377Wh, autonomía de hasta 150Km) y 72V 70,4Ah (5.068Wh, autonomía de hasta 175Km).

  Hola, me gustaría conocer si es correcta la característica del 13% de pendiente o sería mayor en la realidad, ya que me parece muy poca para un motor de 3000w comparándola con el modelo hawk con un motor de 1800w que puede subir pendientes del 23%. Gracias. RESPUESTA: ¡Hola Gabriel! El 13% sería un dato aproximado del tipo de pendiente que subiría sin ningún problema. Pero como bien nombras, si las condiciones son óptimas, puede llegar a subir pendientes de hasta 18º en el mayor de los casos. Nuestra Ronic tiene una gran potencia en su motor.
