  Recibí la moto anteayer... Hasta hora todo perfecto y el servicio de atención al cliente muy eficiente. Unas preguntillas. Cómo debo hacer la carga de las baterías para que se deterioren lo menos posible y con qué carga debo dejarlas si pienso estar más de un mes sin coger la moto. Gracias. RESPUESTA: Muchas gracias por tu compra! La mejor forma de cargar las baterías es hacer al menos una carga y descarga completa a la semana. Si vas a dejar la moto un tiempo sin usarla lo más recomendable es cargarla al máximo y desconectarla completamente de la moto, si es posible incluso sacarla de la moto y dejarlas en un lugar fresco y seco. Desactiva el magnetotérmico de la moto y todo estará bien cuando regreses.

  hola, el gobierno puso unas ayudas desde el 2020 de 750€ por compra de moto electrica de 3000KW. mi pregunta es si ustedes estáis agregados a estas ayudas? ¿las gestionáis? ¿sabéis algo?
